Bayridge is a junior resource exploration & development company focused on the recent interest and growth of the Uranium and Lithium sectors via opportunities in the historically prolific Athabasca basin Uranium District of Western Canada’s province of Saskatchewan and its lithium project in northwestern Ontario.


  • Our flagship Waterbury East project is located in the northeastern Athabasca Basin region with anomalous uranium indications.

  • Our Constellation project is located in the southeastern region of the basin and historical surveys have identified the potential geological framework for uranium deposits.
  • Our Sharpe Lake property is located approximately 96 km east of Ear Falls, Ontario and lies within the Otatakan Lake Area township of the Red Lake Mining District of Ontario. The overall Property covers an area of approximately 4,413 hectares.

Saf Dhillon

President, CEO & Director

Mr. Dhillon has been involved in the development of companies primarily listed on the TSX Venture Exchange for over 20 years. He has held a variety of positions including investor relations, business development, senior management as well as board directorships. He was part of the management team that orchestrated the growth of the Idaho based company, U.S. Geothermal Inc. During his 12-year tenure the team grew from being an approximate USD$2 million startup to becoming a successful USD$300 million Renewable Energy Independent Power Producer with 3 new power plants operating in the Pacific Northwest and it also successfully transitioned from the TSX onto the NYSE MKT. Mr. Dhillon’s involvement in the development of the various companies over the years has enabled him to build an extensive worldwide list of contacts.

Charn Deol


Mr. Deol is the President and principal shareholder of Spiral Investment Corp., a private company through which Mr. Deol provides public relations, financing and project management services for public companies. Mr. Deol has over 35 years of experience in the financial markets providing management and consulting services, project analysis, investor relations, technical marker analysis and the financing of international projects. He has also served on various private and public company boards.

Brian Thurston

P.GEO, Director

Mr. Thurston has over 29 years’ experience working as a geologist around the globe including North and South America, Africa and India. He has experience working on projects from grass roots to feasibility level. Mr. Thurston transitioned from geologist to corporate positions in 2004 and has founded several public companies and held positions of director and officer, as well as served on multiple committees including audit, disclosure, and corporate governance. Mr. Thurston was President and CEO of Lion Energy Corp. from 2007 to 2011 raising over $30M before a friendly takeover was successfully completed by Lundin’s Africa Oil Corp. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of Western Ontario.

R. Tim Henneberry

P.Geo, Special Advisor

Mr. Henneberry is a Professional Geoscientist registered in British Columbia with 44 years experience in domestic and international exploration and production for precious and base metals, uranium and industrial minerals. He was a founding Director and Chief Executive Officer of Appleton Exploration Inc. (now Phenom Resources Corp.), Indigo Exploration Inc., and Pike Mountain Minerals Inc. (now Carebook Technologies Inc.). He was a former Director and Interim Chief Executive Officer of Sojourn Ventures Inc. (now Arcwest Exploration Inc.) and 66 Resources Corp. (now Nexus Uranium Corp.), and a former Director of Broadway Gold Mining Ltd. (Mind Medicine (MindMed) Inc.) and Raindrop Ventures Inc. (now Torrent Gold Inc.). He currently serves as Director after co-founding Silver Sands Resources Corp., Tana Resources Corp., Hilo Mining Ltd. (now European Energy Metals Corp.), and Questcorp Mining Inc. and serves as a Director of iMetal Resources Inc. Mr. Henneberry has worked in southwest US uranium since 2013, and in the Athabasca Basin since 2020. He currently serves as the technical advisor for Atomic Minerals Corp. and the QP for Basin Uranium Corp. and Max Resource Corp.

Trevor Nawalkowski


Trevor Nawalkowski is a business builder and entrepreneur, specializing in corporate business process and procedure for public or private companies. His roles have included corporate governance oversight, corporate secretary/legal review, business development and senior management in oil and gas, automation systems, digital communications and more. In addition, he has 15+ years of management experience in the Investor and Public relations procedure and process business.

Binny Jassal


Mr. Jassal has 25 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant (CGA) in Canada, is a Fellow of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) in London, England, and holds a certificate in Accounting and Finance from Ryerson University in Toronto. Mr. Jassal joined the Company in October 2022 and has been an important member of the team working on the financial reporting and corporate side of the operations. Mr. Jassal is also adept at corporate governance and dealing with regulatory requirements for publicly traded companies.
